🥑 Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. Avoid soft drinks, have less food that is too high in saturated fats and sodium, eat enough veggies, fruit, protein, but also don’t be scared to have rice and pasta as well (everything in moderate portions, your abs won’t like too much carbs but the same time your body needs it :))
